Thirty-acre tea and cinnamon estate, Dehiovita, Sri Lanka

Thirty-acre estate laid mainly to tea (twenty-two acres) with a further five acres of cinnamon, all with far-reaching views.

The estate is a going concern and has a small three-bedroom manager’s house along with line rooms, store rooms, offices etc.  Water and electricity are present.  There is a good site for a larger owner’s bunglow to be built.

Dehiovita is just off the main A4 road, roughly halfway between Colombo and Ratnapura.  Central Colombo can be reached from Dehiovita town in approximately two hours.
