71 Pedlar Street

Located in the heart of UNESCO Heritage Galle Fort, 71 Pedlar Street is a lovingly renovated Dutch merchants’ house with parts dating back to the 17th Century.  Still retaining many original features yet with all mod-cons, including a/c and a courtyard swimming pool, No 71 is offered either by-the-room or as a whole villa.  Guests are welcome to use the fully-equipped kitchen or there is a cook available by arrangement to prepare meals for you.  Alternatively on the doorstep are Fort’s myriad restaurants and bars offering a wide range to suit all palates and budgets; many even deliver!
